Jennifer A. Mullins-Jones is a North Carolina native who now resides in Murrells Inlet. She received her B.A. in psychology from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina in 1996 and her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central School of Law in 1999.

Ms. Mullins-Jones was a visiting professor at St. Andrews Presbyterian College in 2001 and 2002, where she taught business law to undergraduates. Since 2000 she has been in the private practice of law.

Jennifer was the Managing Partner of a firm which she founded in Laurinburg, North Carolina before moving to South Carolina's coast in March 2003. She is an approved attorney for Chicago Title Insurance Company and is licensed to practice law in both Carolinas. Mullins-Jones is a member of the Horry County, South Carolina, and American Bar Associations.

Having founded and managed not only her own law firm, but also the Murrells Inlet branch of another firm, Jennifer has the type of experience this firm expects because of our commitment to meeting the legal needs of small businesses, retirees, landowners, and investors. Ms. Mullins-Jones not only has handled hundreds of real estate and mortgage lending transactions, but also drafted legal documents and represented clients in a variety of matters such as promissory notes, wills, estate and probate court proceedings, pre-marital and separation agreements, child custody, and child support.

"Nowhere are the two Carolinas more alike than along our beautiful coast.  The ability to manage transactions in both states allows me to  practice law from a unique perspective."
